In August 2011 Tutrakan will be an International children’s art center for the tenth time.
During the past nine years on open- area stages children from Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Israeli, Russia, Ukraine, Hungary and Kazakhstan had met. With their talent and youth the days of the Festival are getting into real Town’s celebration.

Antonia Kaldareva, Stefani Ilinkolova and Bogidara Ivanova from the Center of non-school activities, Tutrakan were awarded as Laureates in the ninth Contest “River Notes”. More than 120 participants took part in the competition from different countries such as Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan, Hungary and Israeli. The chairman of the jury was the famous Bulgarian composer Haygashot Agasian. The main purpose of the International Contest is to popularize the Bulgarian children’s songs.
